Circular principles are being applied in the development of Schiphol Trade Park. This includes the use of green energy, the reuse of raw materials, sustainable mobility and the sustainable use of water, amongst other things.
With the growing need for logistical space around Schiphol, plans are repeatedly adjusted to accommodate new insights and new opportunities. This is an ongoing process that is not only instructive for Schiphol Trade Park but also for Madaster and all other collaborating partners.
Together with stakeholders — developers, landscape architects, municipality and local residents — the aim is to turn Schiphol Trade Park into Europe’s most sustainable and innovative business park.
