Circular property developers see Madaster as a tool to report their circular and sustainable results
The new Madaster Pioneers in Norway, Aspelin Ramm and Smedvig, are known as circular frontrunners. They will use Madaster to make better choices for circular construction based on insight and report on circularity and carbon footprint.
Smedvig is based in Stavanger in Western Norway. They are partnering with Madaster together with Veni, their technology and innovation company. Their Madaster pilot project is ARK, the first building of Site 4016, a 100,000 square meter cluster community and development center for the construction industry in Western Norway.
Aspelin Ramm is Oslo based and aims to be a leader in sustainable urban development.
“Circular economy is an important tool for our success. With Madaster, we will report the status of circularity and carbon emissions in one solution” – Kenneth Dahlgren, head of urban development, sustainability and society at Aspelin Ramm Eiendom.
