Building Passport Practical Guidelines

Measurable, reportable and verifiable (MRV) information is pivotal to accelerating more transparent and efficient processes, to rolling out low-carbon technologies and to fostering sectoral innovation and energy efficiency in the construction and real estate sectors. In order to finance, construct and renovate low‐carbon, sustainable buildings, decision-makers in construction and real estate need access to high‐quality data and assessment results.

This is what the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC) seeks to address. With the help of a global task force of experts from the public and private sectors, the new Building Passport Practical Guidelines have recently been published. Take a look at these guidelines that represent a support tool for existing and future initiatives and projects and are globally relevant for the value of the whole sector.
