BME GROUP NOW ALSO OFFERS ITS CUSTOMERS MADASTER BUILDING REGISTRATION
Vianen, 13 February 2020 – Today BME Groep and Madaster signed a partnership agreement. Thanks to the partnership with Madaster, BME Groep can now offer its customers a building registration in Madaster in addition to material inventories.
BME identifies risks and advises real estate owners on how to manage them. Now BME will also identify opportunities, reusable building materials. BME sees Madaster as the ideal platform to register these. IT’s all about insights!
Madaster registers and documents buildings and the products and materials applied within them, similar to how land parcellation and landownership are registered in a land registry. Materials, thus, become traceable and permanently available. Madaster can be used for generating a secure, web-based material passport for all real estate objects. A material passport contains information about the quality, origins and current location of materials and provides insight into a building’s circular value.
