This package is designed for individual sustainability consultants and other specialists who are experienced at handling data and performing sustainability assessments. This is a ‘self-service’ option which includes:

• 1 user license*.
• 1 asset**.
• Features required to create, store and share material passports for assets and perform circularity, environmental impact and residual value calculations for assets.
• Online reference documentation, pre-recorded online tutorials, email helpdesk, user newsletter with product updates and case studies.
• Invitations to group online training sessions and update webinars.
• Listing as a user on our website.

Core (£5,500/year)

Our core package is designed to meet the needs of small sustainability consultancies and sustainability teams within larger organisations and as such it features a more tailored and personal support service along with an opportunity to showcase your work. This package includes:

• 2 user licences*.
• 5 assets**.
• Features required to create, store and share material passports for assets and perform circularity, whole life carbon and residual value calculations for assets.
• A more tailored and personal support service including an on-boarding call providing overview of platform, provision of tailored training plan, phone and email support from dedicated account manager and quarterly check-ins.
• The opportunity to share case studies on our website, in our newsletter and on our social channels.

Premium (£9,500/year)

Our premium package has been designed for organisations who want to use Madaster to support sustainable management across a portfolio of assets, for larger organisations who want bespoke training and support or for organisations who want to take part in our knowledge sharing and promotional activities. This package includes:

• 2 user licenses*.
• 10 assets**.
• Features required to manage sustainability requirements across a portfolio.
• Option to add-on the API to enable integrations into other systems (additional cost).
• Bespoke training and annual update presentations sessions (in-house or online).
• Asset specific trouble shooting and quality checks.
• Membership of Madaster Partner Network including being profiled as a Partner on website, in our newsletter and on our social channels and provision of our Partner logo.
• Invitations to Network events including sector and user forums.
• The opportunity to share related circularity news and announcements through our newsletter and social channels and prioritised in our external marketing and communications activities.
